MATEIN 40L Expandable Carry-On Backpack for Women
MATEIN's 40L expandable carry-on backpack styled for women, with extra room that unzips for the trip home.
Price range: $$ (Mid-range)
What we liked
- + Expansion zipper adds space for souvenirs, so the return trip is less of a squeeze
- + Cut and styling aimed at women, which can suit smaller torsos better than unisex packs
- + Low price for a 40L bag with plenty of pockets for small travel items
Trade-offs
- - Once expanded it may no longer fit strict carry-on sizers, so keep it zipped at the gate
- - Straps and back panel are simpler than on premium travel packs built for long carries
