What we liked
- + 40L capacity with 14 pockets, including a leak-proof toiletry pocket, a water bottle pocket and a passport pocket
- + Separate 17.3 inch laptop compartment opens 90 to 180 degrees, which the listing pitches for quicker security checks
- + Padded mesh back panel, adjustable chest strap, luggage strap and a zippered anti-theft pocket on the back
Trade-offs
- - At 20.5 x 13 x 9 inches it is carry-on size, too large to count as an under-seat personal item on most airlines
- - The USB port is a pass-through only, so you still need to bring and pack your own power bank
